I’ve babbled on a good bit about the wonder and magic of having new windows put into the house, but here’s visual evidence of why it’s so great — our projected energy savings aside…
See, our old wavy-glass turn-of-the-century windows were covered with crappy aluminum storm windows that had etched the glass into a permanent fog. Now we can actually see out through the windows — what a concept! — so this is the newly visible view from the kitchen sink.
Baby robins, just a day away from leaving the nest!
