		<description>Oh, yeah, there's no way to pretend that this is a healthy salad! But a little spoonful on the side of a plate of mixed salads, as at a summer potluck, certainly adds to the flavour of the occasion... and I'd happily skip dessert in order to justify a serving of this salad.</description>
