Decorative Ceramic Planter – Anatomically Correct, Too

The artist’s romantic name for it — “Together” — belies the funky hand-painted look of this ceramic planter by Nathan Halpern. Man on one side and Woman on the other stand back-to-back but hold your green growing things in safe embrace between them.

Yes, it’s anatomically correct… and your eyes don’t deceive you, the little guy is exposing himself to public view… but it’s nothing you’d have to hide if my mother was coming to visit.

Even though I’m something of a “black thumb” when it comes to keeping those finicky houseplants alive and thriving, oh, I so want this work of practical whimsy! $299 at MostOriginal (aff).

In fact — remember Halpern’s fat blue horse centerpiece sculpture?) — you can just package up everything that Nathan Halpern’s ever done and send it on over to me. I’ll sign for it. Heck, I’ll crawl out of the bath to sign for it. No problem.
