Oh, and here&#039;s a great &lt;b&gt;tip&lt;/b&gt; from the dietician that I found very helpful. It seems that plate sizes have been increasing over the years, and actually the ideal size of dinner plate is 23cm. I measured mine, and they&#039;re 27cm across! A larger plate tends to look empty when it has a proper-sized portion of food on it. Simply switching to a smaller plate really makes a world of difference! 

Keep me posted on how you&#039;re doing - and I&#039;m going to be posting more useful tips as I go along and learn more about healthy eating.</description>
