If any pottery could challenge my lifelong fascination with raku, it might very well be the work of Wisconsin “homemaker/artist” Beth Ellen Nagle.
Every item from her studio is built by hand and hand-painted. The organic shapes are intriguing and somehow satisfying. What really caught my eye, however, is her fine hand at work with the finish colors.
See Beth Ellen’s pottery portfolio (and her abstract art, too) at the Eclectic Studio. I haven’t tracked down an online source for buying her pottery, but no doubt a direct contact with the artist would help you get some satisfaction there…
