This week, hump day gets special status, as legions of pop-culture enthusiasts and cocktail lovers celebrate Harvey Wallbanger Day.
Whether you were part of the Harvey Wallbanger craze of the early ’70s, or were just old enough to enjoy your mom’s coveted Harvey Wallbanger cake (made with a bundt cake mold, of course), what better excuse to celebrate this Wednesday?
The three-ingredient delight is easy to make, says thatstheSPIRIT.com mixologist David Coulter: Simply pour 4 oz. of orange juice and 1½ oz. of vodka over ice in a chilled glass. 
Then “float” (pour gently over the back of a spoon) ½ oz. of Galliano over the top.
