		<description>This is actually a basic thickening mixture that I used to make Sweet N&#039; Sour sauce, and pretty much any other sauce that needed that thick sauce texture.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Coflo67 (Modified Corn Starch) starch is real good. It&#039;s much more finer that the regular starch.</description>
