Now I find out the program is over and not acdcepting caps. Can someone tell me of another group that is taking caps. I am disabled and this is something I can do to help. I heard of a program in Canada from someone I met on vacation, butr I don't know the address that they send them to. She said that the servicemen take them to Afganistan.
