@ben, sounds maybe like a short in the headphone wire, probably near where it plugs in? I’ve been giving my Kix a hard workout for the last month and it’s a tough little thing – works like a charm – but there was a little radio I used to have where it felt ’sensitive’ like you describe. And the problem with that one was the headphone wire: looked fine on the outside but must have got crimped or jerked so the delicate little wires inside go damaged. Try another set of headphones and see if that’s your issue.

i just bought one n its pretty kol to have but one thing that is wrong with it is where i plug my headphone in ‘it doesnt fit correctly’ its really sensitve if its loose just a little bit i cant hear the music n have to adjust it every now a then’ is this how it was made??

Now this is right up my alley – I just love gadgets! Cheap is good – especially for kids. You forgot to mention accidentally gets washed in the laundry machine. Small pocket sized things tend to carry this risk – do you hear the voice of experience talking?
