An extremely good photo-illustrated tutorial all about how to make your own paper comes from Flickr user BZedan. It very clearly shows step-by-step how to recycle your old scraps of paper into a new piece of paper that has a fabulous handmade look — because, of course, it is handmade.
I’ve done this myself from time to time. Not only is it a lot of fun, in an I’m-a-big-kid-making-mudpies (only much cleaner) kind of way, but the resulting paper will work brilliantly for one-of-a-kind gift tags and greeting cards, or for a special scrapbooking project… (Hat tip to Lifehacker for this find.)
