Paper Gecko

recycled magazine paper gecko sculpture
When is a green gecko not a green gecko?

When it’s a brilliantly coloured, environmentally friendly sculpture of a gecko, made entirely of recycled magazine pages. There’s no wire armature in this 10-inch free-standing figure, believe it or not!

Designed by Claudia Garzesi for the Recycled Planet Store, the one-of-a-kind figures are created by artisans in Brazil. Jobs for craftsmen, waste paper kept out of the landfill, and adorable good-luck geckos to make a home just that little bit more cheerful — what’s not to like in that concept?

The gecko magazine paper sculpture is new at Eco-Artware.
