@Michelle, the truly amazing thing about all this, to me, is that there&#039;s no Magic Diet Secret to this Healthy Eating Challenge thing - it&#039;s all about doing what the nutritionists and dieticians and mothers and doctors have been telling us for years! Eat breakfast, and eat the good stuff instead of sugars and fats...  Whoda thunk it?! :)</description>
