Looking for more fun salad ideas? Cru-Cru’s Fantastic Healthy Feast (PDF) , a lovely little booklet by the Québec’s Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux has about a gazillion other creative ideas for crazy characters and animals to make out of fresh fruit and vegetables.
