They were located in Guelph, Ontario (Canada), so you might want to try telephone directory assistance for that city to see if they’re still in business.

Also, if you can’t find them and you’re anywhere near Toronto, Bettenhaus on Bloor Street is another place to get silk duvets. Or, you can find Allergy-Shields silk duvets for a very reasonable price at Amazon.
