We tend to make the California style rolls with the fake crabmeat or the veggie rolls with the cuke or carrot. I don&#039;t really mess around with raw fish. . .. I&#039;ll eat it, I just am scared of preparing it.</description>

		<description>Sea urchins are just not attractive little creatures, even when they&#039;re alive in the ocean and not sitting on the dinner plate. I stepped on more than my share (they&#039;re very spiny) as a beach-combing kid, though, so I may be biased... But the way to have fun with cooking, I think, is not to get too hung up on what the recipe says. Adventures!&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Thanks for dropping by, Sugar Bee: I&#039;ve been reading your blog, too, and had a lot of fun last night with the virtual model thingie you posted about!</description>
