I would suggest "aggressive encouragement" directed at eBay itself for willfully continuing to host and publish known (and/or disputed) intellectual rights belonging to you. eBay could be held liable in a US Court as it endorses the guides section and does not provide a method to mitigate the damages...i.e., removal. Perhaps eBay would be much more receptive to removing unauthorized content from it's servers if faced with a copyright violation suit. My advice is to send a certified letter to it's corporate headquarters in California demanding that they cease and remove all of your intellectual property unless you provide consent or receive negotiated remuneration for such services. I thought that was a clever idea, just have to figure out how to affix hanging hardware on the back (bottom) of the tray. A similar idea would be to attach suction cups to the back and use it on the SS fridge. I would love to get rid of the junk that clutters the front of my non- stainless fridge, but it does kind of serve as my bulletin board/photo collage.
