Frigidaires response was "the scratches cannot be removed". no more Frigidaire for me! just thought i’d mention that Frigidaire makes appliances that *look* like stainless steel but aren’t. they are normal steel with a plastic coating on it to keep it from rusting.

I would suggest "aggressive encouragement" directed at eBay itself for willfully continuing to host and publish known (and/or disputed) intellectual rights belonging to you. eBay could be held liable in a US Court as it endorses the guides section and does not provide a method to mitigate the damages...i.e., removal. Perhaps eBay would be much more receptive to removing unauthorized content from it's servers if faced with a copyright violation suit. My advice is to send a certified letter to it's corporate headquarters in California demanding that they cease and remove all of your intellectual property unless you provide consent or receive negotiated remuneration for such services. I thought that was a clever idea, just have to figure out how to affix hanging hardware on the back (bottom) of the tray. A similar idea would be to attach suction cups to the back and use it on the SS fridge. I would love to get rid of the junk that clutters the front of my non- stainless fridge, but it does kind of serve as my bulletin board/photo collage. HOWEVER, it would appear that you didn’t take time to read the first of my numbered points, the one that suggests “Different Fridge”:

Not all stainless steel appliances are created equal, however… something to do with the different amounts of nickel in the metal alloy that’s used to face the appliances that we call “stainless steel” appliances.

The good news is, some stainless steel fridges will, in fact, work for fridge magnets…

If you haven’t bought a fridge yet, take a few magnets to the store and test the attraction before you make a final buy.
