And teach all sorts of useful reading and math skills along the way, too - reading the list of ingredients and measuring them out ahead of time, then mixing together in the order given. <br /><br />You don't need to use an electic mixer for these, either, so there's that whole safety issue covered, too. <br /><br />And what kid doesn't enjoy putting the cherries on top!
