Sharon/Frugal Duchess – Yes indeed, that’s my issue with tongue, exactly! Worse yet, after you boil it, you’ve got to peel the skin… ewww… if I had to do that one more time, I’d be 100% a vegetarian instead of just a part-timer!

Erin/Biscotti Brain – I can’t tell you how relieved I am to hear that… “Odd” = “Deviating from what is ordinary, usual, or expected” = a very good thing, almost always!

I never eat tongue because the first time I saw it on a table uncut, it looked too much like a body part and I almost gagged.
