Track Your Habits, Reach Your Goals

by domestika on February 20, 2007

Slacking off on those New Year’s Resolutions, as we move toward Spring? Hey, if you can click a mouse, you can find your motivation again.

Keep track of how often you’ve been hitting StarBucks, how many smokes you sneaked when you’re supposed to be quitting, how well you’re doing at getting to the gym after work… with Joe’s Goals.

Finally, a simple free online tool that’s intuitive to use, and does just exactly what I need it to do, no more and no less!

Quick to load and easy to use: Just set up the goals and habits you’d like to keep an eye on — things to do or things that ought not to be done — and click for a check mark or little red X each time you accomplish a goal… or when you cave in to temptation…

The goal tracker will automatically adjust your score as you go along, and there, right there on the screen, you can see tangible evidence of your progress. A great motivational tool for those of use who need a little help in the willpower department!

Yes, this looks like a good one, Jen. I’ll check it out. It’s nice when a tool does exactly what you need.
