vintage 1960s wedding cake bride and groom figuresThe tiny plastic bride is obviously channeling her inner Jackie Kennedy, while the tiny plastic groom looks stoic in his blue military dress uniform… Don’t you just love it?

A whole treasure-trove of vintage wedding cake toppers can be found — who knew? — for prices ranging from exhorbitant to reasonably reasonable.

FancyFlours had this one listed for $15.00 — what a bargoon!

Classic wedding cake bride-and-groom figures from the elegant 1920s and 1930s, to the wartime 1940s, 1950s (good for Rock ‘n’ Roll but not the most attractive decade for wedding cake toppers, if you ask me), right through to the 1960s and 1970s. Each “whimsical, charming, and utterly unique” topper is destined to become a heirloom,d a very special decorative touch and souvenir of the Big Day.
